How much is shipping?

Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your package, and current carrier rates. You will always see the full cost before you pay, so there are never any surprises.

When will my order arrive?

We prepare every order with care in 1 to 2 business days. Once it ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that, depending on where you are in the United States.

Are your products really handmade?

Yes, truly. Every clothing piece is custom designed by our founder and made by hand in small batches. Small variations in color, stitching, and finish are completely natural, and they are exactly what make each piece one of a kind.

Can I order a custom size or color?

We would love to make something just for you. Message us on WhatsApp or through our Contact page and tell us your size, your colors, and the fabric you have in mind. Custom orders are made just for you, so please keep in mind they are always final sale.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If something is not right, a return needs written approval requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unworn with all tags attached, a 20 percent restocking fee applies, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We are so sorry, and we will make it right. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

How does Share and Save work?

It is our way of saying thank you. Share a public post of our products on social media, tag us, then send us the link or a screenshot. After we verify your post, we will send you a code for 10 percent off. You can find the full details on our Share and Save page.
