Everything you see on this site, including our name, logo, photographs, product designs, descriptions, and written content, belongs to BH Boutiques or is used with permission. Please do not copy, sell, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are always welcome to share links to our shop with friends and family.
Product Information
Every clothing piece we sell is handmade and custom designed in small batches. Because human hands make each item, small differences in color, stitching, and finish are natural. These variations are part of what makes your piece one of a kind, and they are not defects. Please also keep in mind that screens display colors a little differently, so the shade you receive may vary slightly from what you see on your device.
Custom Orders
We love creating custom pieces. You can request your size, colors, and fabric through WhatsApp or our Contact page. Because custom orders are made to order just for you, they are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pricing and Errors
We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is priced or described in error, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full. We will let you know as soon as possible if this ever affects your order.
Payment
Payment is collected through our secure checkout. Your payment details are handled by trusted payment processors, and we never see or store your full card information. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Shipping
We ship across the United States only. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your package, and current carrier rates. Once the carrier confirms delivery to your address, risk of loss passes to you.
Returns
All sales are final. Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which allows narrow exceptions with prior written approval requested within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unopened and unworn with tags attached, a 20 percent restocking fee applies, and the customer pays return shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. Beauty products, antiques, sale items, and gift cards are always final sale.
Acceptable Use
Please use our site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to access systems or accounts that are not yours, upload harmful code, copy our content in bulk, or use the site in any way that could harm us or our customers. We may limit or end access for anyone who misuses the site.

The site and our products are provided as is and as available, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Nothing in this section takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
