Track your order in seconds. No password needed.
Every BH Boutiques order can be tracked at any time, whether or not you created an account when you checked out.
Option 1. Instant tracking with your email
Visit our secure order portal and enter the email address you used at checkout. We will send you a six digit code. Enter the code and every order you have placed with us appears instantly, with live tracking for each shipment. There is no password to create and no account setup required.
Option 2. The link in your confirmation email
Right after checkout we send an order confirmation email. It contains a private link to your order status page, where you can watch your package move from our studio to your door. Shipping confirmation emails include your carrier tracking number as well.
Option 3. The Shop app
If you checked out with Shop Pay, your order and its tracking appear automatically in the free Shop app on iPhone and Android.
See your full order history
The order portal at account.bhboutiques.com shows your complete history with us. Orders are matched by email, so any order placed with the same email address appears there automatically, including orders placed before you first signed in.
Placed an order with a different email?
If an order was placed with another email address and you would like it linked to your profile, write to us at info@bhboutiques.com with the order number and the email used at checkout. We will connect it for you promptly.
